A Neutral Sweater Perfect For Spring

We don’t normally associate sweaters with spring. But they can work well for spring depending on their weight and silhouette, yarn construction and content and of course the color.

Today I have restyled one of our best-selling sweaters that works perfectly for spring. Our Natural Tape Yarn V Neck Sweater is knitted in a soft tape yarn. The weave is a little loose so it looks great over a tank top, camisole, short sleeve or long sleeve top or it would even work over shirts.

The body is loose and a bit oversized, with dropped shoulders and long sleeves. It has a V neckline and exposed seam detailing on certain seams. The back is slightly longer than the front and the sides have a slit. The bottom and the sleeves are also finished with a ribbing detail.

It looks great tucked in slightly in the front to show some shape or you can leave it out for a more casual comfy look. I have shown you both options below. We have this sweater in another color as well which I am calling Flamingo Pink and you can see that piece HERE.

This sweater looks great over our Oatmeal Rayon Modal Knit Tank Top which is one of our staple rayon modal pieces that we always restock. It is a great not-so-basic-basic tank top that you will wear over and over for spring and summer.

For accessories I am wearing a new scarf which has the most beautiful colors. It is our new Blue Purple Green Mosaic Multi Pattern Print Scarf Shawl. I showed you the same scarf in another color combo a few weeks ago. That color way is brown/tan/rust and you can see that one HERE.

As for my necklace, I am wearing our Natural and Gold Bead Necklace with Gold Pendant which works well with the sweater as they are almost the same color.
