Black And White Stylish Summer Looks

Summer is officially here and today I have two easy yet stylish summer looks for you. I think its clear to all of us that black and white is always chic. No matter what season or for what occasion, it is one of those fail safe color combos. This naturally applies to summer as well and that is why I wanted to style a few looks for you in this color combo today.

The first look is an outfit you can work for any daytime outing and maybe even to work, with the exception of changing the shorts to a skirt or pants. I wore our Black Ivory Stripe V Neck T-shirt with our Black Vest with Tassel Trim. This top is an easy loose top that you can wear on its own with jeans, shorts or skirts and it makes a great layering piece under jackets as well. I chose to tuck it in but it is quite long and looks great left out as well. Please check our shop photos to see the length.

The vest is a fun piece you can wear over tops or dresses and makes a great 3^rd piece that is not heavy for summer outfits. It is made out of a semi crinkled rayon fabric and the body is loose with super cute black tassels all the way in the bottom.

For a necklace, I added our new Gold Tone Chain Necklace with Black Clover and Fringe. This is a simple yet beautiful necklace that will work with many outfits.

The second look for today is more of a date night or going out look. For this I wore our Black White Stripe Knit Pull On Poncho with the black shorts. I first styled this poncho for you here. This is a great statement piece that you can wear with jeans, shorts, slim skirts or even as a cover up over a swimsuit.

The sides are open and you pull it over your head so you will need to wear a camisole under like I have done. I also like pulling one of the shoulders down and showing the camisole strap which is a sexy summer look especially for parties or date night.

I chose to wear these looks with my slim black shorts since it is summer and finished off my looks with black wedge sandals and a black and white clutch.
