Blazers And Jeans A Staple In Every Woman’s Closet
December is such a busy month for all of us. Besides going to work and everyday family chores, we have to do all our prepping for the holiday, buying gifts, decorating the house, cooking and so much more.
When life gets this busy, it’s easier to have certain staple pieces you can just throw on in the morning without having to get stressed about your outfit. In my opinion, a black blazer and jeans are one of these staples items that always look great together. You can put any color top as a layering piece and a few accessories and you are good to go. And for colder climates, you can wear your coat over it.
For today’s style feature, I have put together a easy black blazer and jeans look for you, with a few pieces from our store.
I have started off with our classic Black Shawl Collar Open Front Blazer, which is a great piece inspired by a tuxedo jacket but made more casual. It’s a semi loose blazer that is finished beautifully and it is fully lined. We have this blazer in two other colors as well, Chestnut (SOLD OUT) and Eggshell and both of these have been best sellers for us. You can see all jackets here.
For the top today I am wearing our new Heather Gray Waffle Knit Cowl Neck Top. This is a soft and cozy knit top in a waffle pattern and the yarn is a mixture of black and ivory, making it look heather gray. It has a fold over cowl neck, drop shoulders and long sleeves. The body is loose and easy to wear, and you can tuck it in or leave it out.
For accessories, I added two new pieces. The scarf is our new Black Multi Color Patch Work Print Scarf and the necklace is our new Gray Iridescent Bead Necklace with Stone Pendant. Both pieces are so pretty and work really well with the top and the blazer.
