Blue And White Looks Perfect For Vacation
It’s that time of the year when everyone is either on vacation or is about to leave for one. From cruises and tropical destinations to sightseeing in other countries, everyone is taking some kind of vacation right now.
We have actually planned a 10-day trip to Spain at the end of August, which I am really looking forward to, so I am starting to think about outfits and pieces that I will need to take with me now, which is why I wanted to give you all some ideas for what to wear on your summer trips in today’s style feature.
Today I have put together a couple of casual looks in blue and white that are super easy to put in your suitcase and throw on and walk out the door as soon as you get there. These items are great for vacations and do not take much time to put together which is the key for simple and easy holiday looks.
For the first two looks, I started with white shorts, white tank top and white sneakers, which are all essential pieces for any holiday trip, especially for hot weather. These are pieces I will personally be taking to our holiday. When you have a base like this, it is very easy to add a shirt, light jacket or light cardigan over it to complete the look.
Starting with the first look, I wore our Blue White Multi Stripe Over-sized Shirt, which is a very comfy and loose cotton shirt. The variegated stripe print makes it unique and different from other stripe shirts. It has long sleeves with cuffs but you can fold it up like I have done. It also has one chest pocket.
For the second look, I chose our beautiful Blue White Kimono with Lace and Embroidery. This piece is made out of a soft rayon fabric printed in a pretty blue and white print. It is finished off in the front with a blue embroidery and a pretty white lace trim. It is currently on SALE so you can get additional savings on it today with our flash sale.
The next two looks are both dresses with the first being our Chambray Stripe Lace Up Dress which I personally have been wearing on daily basis. It is super easy and comfy to wear and since it is a shirt dress, it has a clean refined look to it.
The second dress is our Blue Kaftan Dress with Lace Trim which is a more fun piece. You can throw on this dress during the day for sight-seeing, or a fun al fresco dinner and you can even use it as a cover up over your bathing suit.
As you can see for the first two looks, I wore my white tennis shoes which are a must have for me when going to vacations, especially ones where you have to walk a lot. For the two dress looks I switched to my flat sandals which are another must have to take to holidays. Sunglasses and a hat are the other two must haves for me of course.
