Spring Color Trend Alert Tangerine

Yesterday was officially the first day of Spring and I am so ready for it! It has been cold, gloomy and rainy in Los Angeles. So I am very excited to welcome spring in the hopes that it will bring some warmer and sunnier weather soon.  

I have been showing spring outfits for a while now and today I have a new look that includes the hot and trendy color for this spring which is Tangerine. Shades of orange started trending last spring and summer and they are continuing into this spring and summer. But the hot new shade for this spring and summer is  tangerine, which is a bit lighter and softer than a true orange.

I am showing four new items today and I will start off with our new Ivory two button blazer. For me a light color blazer is essential for spring and an ivory one definitely falls in that category. This blazer is made out of a soft ivory fabric with a little bit of stretch. The body is semi shaped and easy but not over-sized. It has all the characteristics of a blazer like a notch collar and lapel, two buttons in the front, functional welt pockets with flaps. It is fully lined in a matching ivory lining.

For today's look, I have paired it with a new button down shirt in the trending "tangerine" color. The color is a pretty soft shade of orange and the fabric is a mix of viscose and linen. It has a classic shirt collar and small buttons in the front and two chest pockets with a button. The sleeves are long with a cuff and button, but it also has a tab inside where you can fold the sleeves up and make it a 3/4 sleeve look.

For a scarf I am wearing a new neck scarf, our orange blue black floral print silky neck scarf. The colors of this neck scarf are very pretty and not only does it work really well with the tangerine shirt, it can work with many other items as well.

I have finished off the look with a new bracelet set, our gold novelty bead bracelet set. It is two separate bracelets that you can mix and match with other bracelets or your watch.
