Over the last couple of weeks I have been featuring a lot of looks with white in my blog stories. The main reason for this is the obvious imminent arrival of summer and as I have said before white looks so crisp, clean and chic and works with almost every color, which is why I have featured it over the last few weeks to give you some ideas.

For today’s look I have combined it with black and as you know, black and white is arguably the best color combo of all time. It is a season-less color combination that everyone loves and wears.

So as we are heading into summer and hot temperatures, my look today is predominately white with just a touch of black, but I still consider it a Black & White outfit.

I started off with an all-white base which consisted of my own white tank top and white denim shorts. These are two good pieces to start with, and then add a third item on top.

For the first look I added our Black White Stripe Shirt with Eyelet Lace Yoke. Below I have shown you three different ways you can wear this shirt over any outfit. The first one is leaving the buttons open and wearing it as a light weight jacket. The second one is buttoning it up and wearing it as an easy shirt. And the third way is tying it in the front for a fun playful look.

This shirt is a classic rayon black and white stripe shirt, but the back yoke is replaced with a beautiful woven eyelet lace fabric. I love the combination of the feminine eyelet lace with the masculine stripe shirt style. It is a great piece and as you can see, you can wear it in so many different ways.

For the second look today, I have a stunning brand-new piece to debut today, our White Lace Poncho Top. This lace poncho top is definitely a statement piece that can elevate any look for the summer. The fabric is a patchwork of different lace fabrics. The body is a pull-on poncho style with two side ties that create the armholes. You can wear it as a top over leggings, skinny or straight pants or shorts likes I have done for today’s look.

It will also look great as a cover up over your swimsuit. I know I will be wearing one of these a lot this summer.

I finished off these looks with two of our jewelry pieces. For earrings I chose our Matt Silver and Shell Drop Earrings and for a bracelet I chose our Gunmetal Gray Black and Gold Bead Bracelet.
