All orders are shipped via USPS / UPS or FedEx with insurance and a tracking number. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email address we have on file for your account that will include the carriers name and a tracking confirmation number.
Please note that USPS/UPS or FedEx are responsible to update your package's location and this information can be viewed on their respective websites. If you do not receive and email please check your spam or junk mail folder just in case and email us again to send another copy
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show in their system.

USA orders qualify for Free USPS ground Shipping unless other wise stated.
We can ship world wide - please email Customerservice@JacketSociety.com for details - Actual Shipping charges will apply for all orders outside the USA – All duties and taxes are customer’s responsibility – we will contact you via email after you place your order with additional shipping charges that will be required to ship your order.
Any Orders that are not accepted or refused for any reason will NOT be refunded shipping charges - We do not issue return labels.
