The fabric is nice and soft, and it is woven in a way that one side is a big plaid pattern, and the other side is a houndstooth pattern. The color combo is black, gray and cream so it’s very versatile. It is finished off all around the edges with a black blanket stitch.
For today’s look, I am wearing it over our cream mock neck knit sweater vest. It is knitted in a soft 100% cotton yarn, and it has a basket weave pattern that gives it a rich finish. The body is easy and loose but not oversized. It has a mock neck that is not very high and is super comfy and it is finished off with ribbed details.
You can wear this sweater vest over long sleeve tops or on its own. I am wearing it over my own long sleeve t-shirt. We have the same piece in a Mocha color as well and you can see that piece HERE
