Brighten Up The Chill With Lighter Colors
Winter fashion often leans toward darker hues like blacks, grays, and deep jewel tones, but lighter colors can be just as captivating during the colder months. Soft pastels, creamy whites, and pale neutrals not only brighten up a dreary winter day but also add a touch of elegance and freshness to your look. Here’s how to confidently embrace lighter shades while staying seasonally appropriate and stylish.
For today’s look I have used two of our neutral/light color ponchos and combined them with a pink scarf to lighten and brighten two casual outfits for winter.
The first look is with our oatmeal textured knit hooded poncho cardigan vest. It is made of a soft textured knit which has a basket weave pattern. The body is loose and a bit oversized with two pockets and a hood. It has armholes like a cardigan /vest and is open on the side making it versatile. The second piece is our natural turtleneck knit open side poncho. It is made of a soft knit that is recycled and eco-friendly. The body is unique with a fold over turtleneck that you pull over your head. The sides are open making it easy and versatile so they can fit anyone. It has a raw edge detail on the sides. To lighten and brighten the looks even more, I have added our pink mauve cream ethnic print scarf shawl. This is a beautiful scarf that you can wear with many light or dark colors. I finished off the looks with our gold tone chunky short hoop earrings.
