Ivory Floral Print Dress Styled With An Ivory Shrug
Spring and summer are the perfect seasons to wear dresses as you know and today I am super excited to debut another beautiful dress that I love. With the weather finally being nice and flowers blooming, it is so easy to pull on a dress with some sandals, add a few jewelry pieces and you are good to go. I also like the idea of adding a light weight cardigan, jacket or a shrug just for the cooler nights or indoors where the air conditioning is on.
Today I have such a look with our brand new Ivory Floral Print Ruffle Dress and Ivory Knit Dolman Sleeve Cropped Sweater Shrug. Let’s start with the dress: This dress is made out of a soft, semi crinkled cotton ivory fabric that is printed with beautiful flowers in nice earth tone colors. The body is super easy to wear as is has a small elastic at the waist making it adjustable. The double flounce sleeve detail and the ruffle at the bottom of the skirt make this dress very pretty and feminine. Even though the fabric is not see-through, the skirt part of it is lined to give you more comfort.
The Ivory Knit Dolman Sleeve Cropped Sweater Shrug is a great add-on piece for this dress. It is made out of a soft cotton yarn with an interesting stitching. The front folds back giving it a shawl collar look. The best part is this shrug will look great over many dresses for spring and summer and even over sleeveless tops.
For jewelry, I have a necklace and earrings that look like they are a set, but we are selling them separately so you can choose with or without. They both have the same blush color beads, stones and the gold tone chain fringe detail. Both are very pretty and feminine pieces that will work with many items. I finished off my look with my cognac espadrille wedges, and bag.
In case you are looking for a Mother’s Day outfit for lunch, brunch or even dinner, I think this look is perfect. If you order this weekend, you will not only get them on a flash sale, you will have them on time for Mother’s Day. Also don’t forget about our great Mother/Son and Mother/Daughter bracelets I showed you a few weeks ago. We have a few pieces left in each of them.
