Mixing Patterns In Navy Ivory And Red
Mixing patterns is a stylish way to bring depth and personality to an outfit, and the combination of navy, ivory, and red creates a look that feels both classic and bold. Today I have styled our classic Ivory two button blazer with a great new shirt we have just added to our shop. First a little bit about the blazer - This blazer is made from a soft ivory fabric with a little bit of stretch. The body is semi shaped and easy but not over-sized. It has all the characteristics of a blazer like a notch collar and lapel, two buttons in the front, functional welt pockets with flaps. It is fully lined in a matching ivory lining. The shirt which is a great shirt to take into spring/summer is our denim blue and white stripe shirt with one pocket. It is made of a great linen/cotton fabric with denim blue and white stripes. The body is loose and easy abut not oversized. It has all the characteristics of a shirt: collar and stand, long sleeves with a cuff and button and one chest pocket.
Combining patterns and the touch of red comes into play with the addition of our navy red, white paisley print scarf. This is a great, light weight scarf that you can wear many ways, and I have shown you a few different ways below. The stripe pattern of the shirt and the paisley pattern of the scarf is a great pairing. I finished off the look with our gold novelty geometric bead bracelet set.
