Pastels Are Always Right For Spring
This spring I have been drawn to wearing lots of happy and bright colors. In fact, you may have noticed I have introduced a lot of brighter colors in our store than in past seasons. However, for today’s look I want to remind everyone that even though pops of color are great, you can never go wrong with soft pastels for spring and summer.
I will start off with a new lightweight cardigan we have just added to our store in a light blue color. First, the color is so soft and pretty and secondly the yarn, which is slightly textured is perfect for spring and summer. The body is loose and easy to wear with wide sleeves that are three quarter length.
To go along with this beautiful cardigan, I have the most beautiful scarf that is printed in a floral pattern. The color palette is rust and ivory and many different shades of light blue which blend perfectly with the light blue cardigan. I introduced you to this scarf in a yellow color combo and few weeks ago and you can see that piece HERE.
For a top I am wearing a new rayon modal jersey top, our Ivory Boat Neck Three Quarter Sleeve Top. We have had this top in an oatmeal color in our shop for a while and it has sold really well, so I decided to add an ivory color for spring. You can see the oatmeal color HERE.
As for my necklace, the color combo is the same color combo of my outfit so it blends really well with everything. It is made out of beautiful natural and blue beads, and it leads to a pretty crystal, and it is finished off with a rust tassel. The necklace is long so you can either wear it long or twist it around your neck twice for a second look. I have shown you both looks in the photos.
