A Fall Color Trend Alert Winter Sky

The way they have described this color is: A cooling blue that can take your breath away. It is a beautiful shade of blue gray, and I personally love it. But the best part is that we already have an item in our store that is very similar to this shade. That item is our best-selling steel blue cape vest.

We have restocked this color recently as I think it is an important color for this fall. As you know we have had our cape vests in our shop for a long time and we keep adding new colors. They are one of our best-sellers that never go out of style. The fabric is a very soft knit. You can wear it two different ways: One way is more of a “ cape look” with the cape part spread over your shoulders. And the second way is more of a “vest look” where you pull in the cape  part.

For today’s look I am wearing it over our Ivory boat neck three quarter sleeve top which is one of our popular rayon jersey tops. This is a great transitional top going into fall.

Since the steel blue is a muted shade of blue, you can add a lot of pop colors to it. I chose to use gold as the pop color for today’s look by adding our navy blue gold abstract floral silky scarf. I have also added our double layer multi color and gold bead necklace, which works perfectly with the cape vest and the scarf.
