Returns & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you need to return an item.
- You have up to 7 days after receipt of goods to make a request to us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your items. Once you have been issued with your RMA number you will have a further 7 days for us to receive the items so we can refund, exchange or issue store credit to you.

Jacket Society DBA: Just Style LA cannot and will not accept the following returns:
- Any item requested for return outside the 7 day time frame is ONLY eligible for store credit – No returns are accepted over 30 days
- Items that have been worn
- Any product deemed by us to be non re saleable
Returns – Refunds & Exchanges.
- Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty.
- We Are Happy To Exchange Sizes (subject to availability)
- Size Exchanges: you must request a "Return Authorization" and product must be returned within our return period. Sorry we do NOT offer return labels or Free Shipping on exchanges. We will email you a payment request before re-shipping your exchange.
- All Authorized Returns will receive a full refund/store credit for the item as originally charged if it cannot be replaced.
- Any order that is returned "Delivery Refused" will be subject to a verification for the reason for delivery refusal. We will need an explanation for the refusal and after that we will decide if a refund is acceptable, Less Shipping charges and a 20% re-stock fee.
- Store Credits are valid for use for a period of 12 months after a credit has been issued.
- Please use protective outer packaging when returning.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 working days of receipt of the return. Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank.
- This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, but excludes shipping or return courier costs.
- Where a discount has been applied to you original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
- Orders sent to a destination within the EU – customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
- SALE ITEMS: ALL Sale Items can ONLY be returned for Store Credit. Our Standard Return Policy Applies.
- Please note: Prior authorization is also required for Jewelry and our return policy also applies.
- All Jewelry represented and sold on this website is fashion novelty and costume jewelry, all metals are represented as gold or silver tones and are not to be considered of any value:
- All stones, pearls, garnets and other elements used in the construction and design of our necklaces, earrings or bracelets are also mostly acrylic not to be considered of any value:
HOW TO SEND BACK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We do not pay for return shipping – Returns are to be made via prepaid & insured USPS or UPS

At this time we do not issue any return labels – Please ensure that you obtain and keep a proof of shipping receipt / tracking information receipt.
The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our location.
We do NOT refund return shipping fees unless the wrong item was received.
We do NOT reimburse shipping charges for refused / returned orders the wrong item was received.
