A New Shorter Shrug Cardigan In Putty
Couple of weeks ago I debuted a new shorter shrug cardigan, that one was in camel. We sold out of that item in 2 days and unfortunately, I can’t get any more of the camel color. But the good news is that we are getting a few more colors in this item and the one I am showing you today is Putty.
If you are familiar with our Putty cape vest which has been a best-seller in our shop for years, then you know what the putty color looks like. It is a combination of taupe and gray making it a great neutral for fall.
As for the shrug cardigan itself, it is knitted in a very soft yarn, and it is a little lighter in weight than the longer ones. It has two sleeves that are finished with a ribbed cuff. The body is loose and easy to wear, and it has a fold back collar in the front and two pockets.
For today’s look I am wearing it over our Ivory V neck long sleeve top which is one of our staple layering pieces. However, this piece can work over many different types of tops.
As for accessories, I am wearing our olive red gold abstract floral silky scarf which works nicely with the putty shrug cardigan. It also has lots of bright colors in the print so you can wear it with many outfits. I finished off my look with our gold chain necklace with crystal teardrop pendant.
