At Home Look With A Sweater And Shirt Combo

Even though we are going through some of the worst times right now, we are also seeing some glimmers of hope for an end to this Covid 19 nightmare, hopefully soon. We just have to keep doing what we have been doing with social distancing and staying home.

Speaking of staying home, I want to share an easy stay-at-home look with you today. We all wear sweaters over t-shirts and tank tops, but do you wear them over shirts?

Sweaters over shirts are a very popular look in menswear but I think there are a lot of women who like wearing this combo as well. Normally it is not one of my go-to looks, but I tried this look last weekend and I really liked it.

So for today’s style feature, I am wearing our Straw Drop Shoulder V Neck Sweater with our Blue Plaid Shirt which work really well together. The plaid shirt has a color that is a perfect match with the straw shade of the sweater.

This sweater is knitted in a really nice yarn and the body is loose and a bit over-sized. It has a V neck opening and drop shoulders with long sleeves. The back is longer than the front with small side slits.

As for the plaid shirt, it is made out of wonderful soft fabric, making it perfect to wear under a sweater, jacket or on its own. The color combo is really pretty and versatile to wear with many items.

The length of the shirt is quite long, and the body is easy and loose. It has long sleeves with a cuff, but you can also roll it up and use the tab and button detail. I wore it long sleeve under the sweater but then rolled up the sleeves for the shirt on its own.

You can also scrunch up the sweater sleeves, pull out the shirt sleeves and roll them over the sweater for a different look. I have shown you that look below as well.
