Casual Chic In Winter White
We are still in the middle of winter but most of us are dreaming of spring. Today’s look has a bit of both seasons. I am mixing winter whites with a floral/stripe top that brings in hints of spring.
The first look is with our best-selling cream cape vest which has become a staple item for us, and we keep re-stocking it. Our cape vests work year-round except for summer. You can wear them now and take them into spring. The fabric is a really soft knit, and you can wear it as more of a “cape look” with the cape part spread over your shoulders, or “vest look” where you pull in the cape part. I have shown you both looks below.
The second topper is our Ivory Lightweight Open Front Short Cardigan Vest. It is knitted in a nice soft ivory yarn and has ribbed detailing in the front and around the arms. It has two front pockets that are also finished with a ribbing detail. The front is open with no closure. If you want to cover the “vest trend” but you are hesitating on some of the woven ones, this is a great alternative as it is casual and easy to wear.
As for the top I am showing, it is another popular piece. Our Black Ivory Yellow Floral Stripe Top is such a fun top because of its unique mix of floral and stripe patterns together. The knit fabric on the top is a very nice soft rayon jersey. The body is printed in a beautiful black/ivory/yellow/gray floral pattern and the sleeves are in a black/ivory stripe. Also the sleeve length is 3/4" length, making it perfect to take into spring. The silhouette is semi shaped but roomy especially with the stretch in the knit. The length is quite long, and you can see it untucked in the store photos.
For jewelry I am wearing a pair of new earrings, our Matte Silver Diamond Shape Dangle Earrings. We have these earrings in a matte gold finish as well and you can see that piece HERE.
