Casual Chic In Our Ivory Sweater And Double Sided Shawl

It’s the weekend and I wanted to show you a look today that is perfect for any casual outing that you want to look chic and stylish for. Such an occasion, for example, can be next weekend which is Thanksgiving weekend. Whether you are hosting or going over to a family or friend’s house, this look can work perfectly as a comfy yet stylish outfit.

I am debuting our first sweater today, our Ivory Oversized Lace Up Sweater. This is a soft and cozy piece that you can throw over a t-shirt, shirt or just a camisole like I have don’t for today’s look. The body is oversized and it has a cute lace up detail on the two sides on the front. The front is slightly shorter than the back. As you can see it looks great with jeans which is how I styled it today. Given the fact that it is ivory, it can be worn with practically any color bottom.

I also have a new super fun wrap/shawl for you today that is double sided so basically you are getting two pieces in one! Our Gray Tan Double Sided Plaid and Houndstooth Shawl Wrap is plaid on one side and houndstooth on the other side. The colors on the plaid side are gray/ivory/tan and the houndsooth side is gray/ivory. It is a super soft brushed piece that you can throw over many outfits. I paired it with our new ivory sweater and I think the two pieces looks fabulous together.

I added our Silver Cross and Coin Necklace which works nicely with the two pieces because the silver color picks up the gray of the shawl. However I think gold jewelry would work just as well since the shawl also has tan in it.

If you are not into oversized sweaters, I also styled the shawl with our Ivory Criss top. This is a great layering top made out of rayon modal jersey which has a super soft hand. The front criss cross detail makes it trendy, current and a little different than just a basic jersey top. This top is quite long, I have tucked mine in so make sure you check the length in our shop photos.
