Fall Color Trend Alert Spring Lake Blue

One of Pantone’s trend colors for this fall is called Spring Lake and it is a very pretty shade of dusty blue. I did a blog post on all of Pantone’s fall 2021 color trends a few months ago and you can see that post here.

Today I have a fabulous new top that is very close match to this pretty shade of blue that Pantone’s is calling Spring Lake. I am just calling it blue as it is a beautiful shade of a medium blue that will look great with all skin tones.

It is knitted in a soft blue yarn and the body is true to size. The mock neck, long sleeves and the ribbing details make this top an excellent choice for fall to wear on its own or as a layering under jackets, cardigans, and coats.

I have paired it today with our Black Faux Leather Double Breasted Jacket, and the combo is super chic. It is the perfect time of the year for faux leather jackets and ours is made out of a very soft vegan or faux leather.

The jacket body is semi shaped with welt pockets. It is double breasted, which is a detail that has been trending for jackets and blazers for a while now and is continuing this fall/winter.

The novelty gold metal buttons on the front and on the sleeves make the jacket even more special. All the buttonholes are keyhole and are functional buttonholes which you see in top quality jackets and blazers. It is also fully lined in a trendy black and ivory stripe lining.
