How To Style A Shirt Three Different Ways

A simple shirt can transform your entire look depending on how you style it. For today’s looks, I have shown you three versatile ways you can wear any shirt.

• 1. Buttoned up and tucked in
• 2. Unbuttoned and left out as a lightweight jacket
• 3. Buttoned and left out

To demonstrate these looks I chose one of our new spring shirts, our denim blue and white stripe shirt with one pocket. It is made of a great linen/cotton fabric with denim blue and white stripes. The body is loose and easy abut not oversized. It has all the characteristics of a shirt: collar and stand, long sleeves with a cuff and button and one chest pocket.

For layering I have chosen our white tank top which is currently on SALE. It is made of a soft bamboo yarn and a little bit of spandex. Bamboo is very similar in hand to rayon modal, so it is super soft. It is also an eco-friendly fabric, and is very breathable, so it keeps you cool during hot summer days. The body is loose with the back being a bit longer than the front. I like that the straps are wide and you can easily wear a bra underneath.

For a neck scarf, I am wearing our navy blue gold floral rope print silky neck scarf which works well with the shirt. I have shown you a few different ways you can wear the neck scarf with the shirt. It also looks great with the tank top to make the look stylish. A light neck scarf can easily act as a necklace over tops for spring/summer. I finished off the looks with our gold dipped small multi twisted hoop earrings.
