How To Wear Olive For Spring
Personally I believe that olive is considered a neutral color. It is very similar to brown, and I truly believe, like any other neutral color, you can wear it year-round. So today I have re-styled our Olive Faux Suede Jacket to show you how easy it is to wear it for spring. I first styled this stylish jacket for you HERE.
The fabric is a really nice soft and sanded faux suede that has some stretch in it. The body is semi shaped, with long sleeves. It is open front with a fold back collar; however, you can leave the collar loose and it will fall forward which is also a great look. You can see both ways below in the photos.
One easy way to wear olive for spring is to mix it with lighter or brighter colors. Today I have styled it with my white jeans and a great new stripe shirt that is also perfect for spring.
Our Natural Ivory Stripe Two Pocket Shirt is made of a very soft rayon stripe fabric. The body is semi loose, and it has two chest pockets. It has long sleeves with a traditional cuff and buttons. But it also has a tab inside where you can fold the sleeves up to make them ¾ length. For today’s outfit I have folded the sleeves up, but you can see the sleeves long in the product photos.
To take the outfit up a notch I have added a new scarf we have just added to our shop. Our Multi Color Animal Print Scarf has lots of fun colors in it that are perfect for spring and summer. Not only does it work perfectly with the olive faux suede jacket but the fun pattern mixes well with the stripe shirt as well.
I finished off my look with our Gold Hammered Metal Ring and Charm Earrings, brown booties, and bag.
