Mixing Leopard With Cozy Textures

Mixing leopard with cozy textures is the perfect way to add personality to a relaxed, cold-weather look. The contrast between the wild print and cozy fabrics brings warmth, depth, and effortless chic to everyday fall and winter outfits—proving that comfort and style can truly go hand in hand.

With that said, for today’s look I have combined our rust black cream leopard knit poncho with our cinnamon mock neck ribbed sweater vest. The cinnamon and rust colors are almost identical, so the two pieces are made for each other.

The poncho is knitted in a super soft knit with a leopard pattern, and the color combo is rust/black/cream. You wear it over your shoulders like a poncho, and it is open in the front. You can also wrap it over your shoulder and the best part with this one is that there is a loop on one side at the shoulder area. This loop helps with keeping it in place when you throw it over your shoulder. All you have to do is pull the one end through the loop and it stays in place.

As for the sweater vest, it is knitted in a ribbed pattern which gives it a great texture. It has a mock neck and drop shoulders. The body is semi loose but not oversized. It can be worn on its own or over long sleeve tops. We have the same piece in another color called “wheat” and you can see that piece HERE
