Mixing Textures And Patterns For A Casual Look

We have survived the January blues and are on to a new month with new possibilities. Hopefully a better month than January, as last month was not a great one with everything currently happening in the world. I am ready to start a new month with a positive mind set and attitude and I hope you are too.

For today’s style feature I have restyled our cozy and soft Sienna Long Chenille Cardigan, this time with one of our fun floral stripe t-shirts. This chenille cardigan is a great transitional piece to wear now and take into spring. The body is loose and comfy and it has two pockets on the front to offer a comfy casual stylish look.

I am wearing our Ivory Pink Green Floral Stripe T-shirt with this cardigan as I like how the colors work really well together. The top has pretty shades of pink and green and a deeper shade that is very close to the sienna color of the cardigan. I think this particular color combo is perfect for casual fun Valentines Day look.

As you know these floral stripe t-shirts are one of our staple pieces that we have been selling in the store for a couple of years now. They are a best-seller, so we often reintroduce new color and pattern ways. The fabric is a really nice rayon jersey and the body is long and comfortable.

I also added our Multi Color Novelty Yarn Shawl Wrap with Fringe to the outfit for cooler climates. This Missoni inspired Multi Color Novelty Yarn Shawl is very pretty, and can work as a shawl or even a large scarf with jackets or coats. I have shown both looks for you below.

The fabric is a nice novelty with lots of beautiful colored yarns and it also has very small transparent sequins woven into the fabric which gives it just a little nice shimmer. It is light weight and can easily be taken into spring/summer.

Last but not least today, I added a cute new earring set that we have just added to the store. Our Gold Tone Small Heart Earrings are a fun piece you can wear yourself or gift it to a loved one especially for the upcoming valentines day.
