Navy And White A Classic Combo

I think navy and white is a perfect color combination for spring and summer. Navy is a classic year-round neutral that works with a lot of colors. But combined with white, it gets such a crisp and fresh look, reminiscent of the whole nautical trend which is always on the rise this time of the year.

Today I have a fun and chic navy and white look for you starting with a brand new navy white stripe top and a cascading collar cargo vest. The top is an easy rayon jersey piece with a semi loose body and super cute elbow length sleeves that are tied into a knot on the bottom. The stripes are a bold navy white combo which is horizontal in the front and vertical in the back.

Vests are such a great replacement for a jacket for the summer season. They create the third piece in an outfit which makes the outfit more interesting. This vest has cargo style pockets, a cascading collar and an inside cord and drawstring belt. It looks great left open or you can tie the waist to give it more shape. I have shown you both looks below.

I wore the two pieces with my white skinny jeans and white slides and added my orange bag as a pop of color.

Since I was showing you a navy and white look, I decided to add our Navy Jersey Faux Wrap Dress with Split Sleeves which I think is a beautiful and classy dress for summer and can easily be taken into early fall. It is made out of a soft rayon jersey, with an easy body and the slit in the sleeves gives it a modern twist.

As for jewelry, I used our Gold and Silver Chain Clover Necklace Set with both outfits. These are actually two necklaces one is gold and one in silver that I have combined into a set. So in reality you are getting two necklaces that you can wear together or separately if you wish.
