Navy And White With A Touch Of Orange

We all know navy and white is a great spring and summer color combo. It is also one of those classic color combos that you can add any pop of color to it and take it up a notch. For the navy and white look I am showing you today, I have decided to add a pop of orange.

For this look, I have combined our best-selling navy lightweight open front cardigan vest with one of our new shirts, our denim blue and white stripe button shirt. I first debuted this shirt for you HERE.

The fabric is a nice and soft linen and cotton combo. The body is loose but not oversized. It has long sleeves with cuffs and one chest pocket in the front. It makes for a great, classic navy and white stripe shirt that will never go out of style.

As for the vest, I have styled this navy cardigan vest a few times already and it is one of our most popular items that we keep re-stocking. This vest is knitted in a nice soft navy yarn and has ribbed detailing in the front and around the arms. It has two front pockets that are also finished with a ribbing detail. The front is open with no closure and the bottom of the sides have two slits. If you want to cover the “vest trend” but you are hesitating on some of the woven ones, this is a great alternative as it is casual and easy to wear. We have this piece in two other colors as well: Taupe, Black and Gray.

The pop of orange comes in the neck scarf that I am wearing which is our orange ivory blue silky floral butterfly print neck scarf. I have finished off my look with our gold tone chunky short hoop earrings which are a great basic hoop earrings that will work with lots of outfits. I wore all these pieces with my white jeans and my favorite espadrille shoes which are also perfect for spring and summer.
