Olive Is A Great Neutral Color For Fall
Olive is technically not listed as a neutral color. However, in my opinion it is a great neutral or neutral alternative for fall and winter. With that said, I thought an olive cape vest would make a great new addition to our popular cape vest selection.
So for today’s look I have styled our new olive cape vest with a beautiful new scarf and necklace. But before I talk about the scarf or necklace, here is a little bit of info about our cape vests.
The fabric is a very soft knit. You can wear it two different ways: One way is more of a “cape look” with the cape part spread over your shoulders. And the second way is more of a “vest look” where you pull in the cape part. I have shown you both looks below.
Some of the other colors we are offering in our cape vests are Black, Steel Blue, Camel, Cinnamon, Putty, Cream and Mocha
I am wearing this olive cape vest over our Ivory V neck long sleeve top which is one of our best-selling rayon modal jersey tops. It is a great top especially to layer under fall jackets, coats, and sweaters.
The scarf I am showing you today is a new addition to our silky scarves. It is our olive red gold abstract floral silky scarf. It has a lot of colors but there is quite a bit of olive in the colors and that is why it works well with the olive cape vest. For jewelry I am wearing a new piece as well, our taupe and gold bead necklace with gold pendant. We have had this necklace in other color combos, and it has always been a best-seller. This taupe and gold color combo is a winner in my opinion.
