Pattern Mixing With Our Black Cape Vest

For today’s look I have restyled yet another one of our best-selling pieces, our black cape vest. You all know this item has become a staple piece for us and we offer them in a variety of colors. Below you can see all the colors we offer and the link to each one for purchasing.

The fabric is a very soft knit. You can wear it two different ways: One way is more of a “cape look” with the cape part spread over your shoulders. And the second way is more of a “vest look” where you pull in the cape part. I have shown you both looks below.

I decided to do a bit of pattern mixing to go along with this black cape vest. The shirt I am wearing is our black ivory stripe silky shirt with roll up sleeves. It is a great shirt that can be worn year-round. It can be worn on its own, layered under jackets, blazer, cardigans and even sweaters.

The fabric is soft and silky, and the body is loose and long. It has two pockets on the chest with a small button. The sleeves are long with a cuff, but it also has a tab inside so you can wear them folded up as a three-quarter length sleeve.

My scarf is a new piece that works well with the shirt as a fun pattern mix. It is our black ivory ethnic print scarf, and you can wear it many ways as I have shown below.

For jewelry I am wearing our multi layered matte gold and silver bead bracelet set which is also a new piece. It is a great bracelet set that you can wear together as a set or separately with other bracelets or your watch.
