Plaid Blazer Animal Print Scarf And A New Poncho
Neutral based color combos always work well for transitional months. Today I have a couple of looks that are in this kind of a color palette. The first look is with our Rust Black Cream Plaid Double Breasted Blazer which I first styled for you HERE.
This blazer is made of a beautiful medium weight fabric. It has a shaped body, and it runs true to size. The front double-breasted closure is finished with beautiful buttons. It has long sleeves with two buttons on each sleeve and it is fully lined with a soft brown lining.
I have paired it today with our Vanilla Fine Gauge Sweater Top. I first styled this sweater top for you HERE. It is knitted in a fine gauge and the yarn is very soft. It is meant to be worn as more of a top than sweater since it is shaped and true to size. It makes a great layering piece for colder days when a jersey top might not be warm enough.
For the second look today, I am wearing a new pull on poncho as my topper and this one is in a new taupe color. I just showed you two new pull on ponchos in fuchsia and lavender over the weekend and this is the third color.
The fabric is a nice soft knit that is a medium weight so you can wear it now over heavier tops and take it into spring and wear it over lighter tops, tank tops and camisoles. It can be worn many ways and I have shown you a few of them below in the photos. You can pull it over your head but then you can turn it whichever way you want to get different asymmetrical looks.
The scarf I am wearing with all the looks is a new animal print scarf and the color combo is burnt orange, teal and ivory and it works perfectly with all the looks. The necklace is also a new item which works really well with all the looks.
