Restyling Our Best Selling Mocha Cape Vest

How was everyone’s Christmas holiday weekend? Ours was on low-key side with just immediate family eating great food, opening some presents and giving thanks for all our blessings.

As you all know one of our most popular items in our shop is our cape vests. We have them in many colors and try to restock the best-selling colors on regular basis. One of those colors, which I debuted last fall, is Mocha. We have recently re-stocked it as it was very popular so today I have re-styled it for you.

The fabric of the cape vest is a really soft knit, and you can wear it as more of a “cape look” with the cape part spread over your shoulders, or “vest look” where you pull in the cape part. I have shown you both looks below.

Make sure to check all of our cape vest colors that we have available, which are as follows:  Putty, Black,  Maroon, Cream, Teal, Steel Blue, Denim Blue and Camel.

For today’s look I am wearing it over a new top, our Oatmeal Crew Neck Long Sleeve Jersey Top. I showed you the same top in a heather gray color last week and you can see that piece here.

This is a new addition to our rayon jersey tops. The fabric is super soft and stretchy. The body is semi loose, with the bottom being looser than the top. It has a crew neck and long sleeves. 

For a scarf I am wearing our Red Border Multi Color Abstract Print Scarf which works really well with both the mocha cape vest and the top. This scarf has beautiful, vivid color and can make any neutral outfit pop.

As for jewelry I am wearing our Gold Tone Toggle Chain Necklace with Natural Stone which also works great with this whole outfit. We only have two of these necklace left.
