Starting Spring In Neutrals

I am so glad spring has officially arrived. We all need a little bit of cheering up in these uncertain times and something about spring always makes me happy and this year especially it is making me hopeful for better days to come in the near future.

We are abiding by the “stay at home” rules in our city and are not going anywhere except to the grocery store, which is not often and when we do go, we wear gloves and masks. We also go for neighborhood walks and keep a safe distance from other people who are also walking.

Because of these rules and as I mentioned in my “Style Talk” over the weekend, I have done my first ever style feature inside my house. For the time being I will be doing all of them from my home or my backyard.

Also I wanted to say that I have a small business and currently I am doing everything myself, including shipping out all your orders.

The studio where I stock all the Jacket Society products is attached to my house, so it is business as usual for me. All orders are shipped through USPS who are still operating as normal, so please don’t worry about “Will my order ship? – Will it get delivered in a timely manner? – the answer to all them is YES – so please don’t hesitate to place orders.

For today’s look I am debuting a cute new cardigan, our Jute Textured Crochet Knit Cardigan with Fringe. This is a very pretty delicate crochet knit cardigan that is knitted in a soft textured yarn. It has long sleeves and long self-yarn fringe throughout the bottom and it is slightly longer in the sides from the front and back.

I am wearing the cardigan today with our White Tan Stripe Dolman Sleeve Blouse which is a great piece for spring and even going into summer. The tan stripe is a very close match to the jute color of the cardigan, so they work perfectly together. The body is loose and easy to wear with dolman sleeve.

As for accessories, I added two of our pieces from our shop that work really nicely with this neutral color story. The two pieces are, our Brown Tan Bead Necklace with Bead Fringe and Tan White Orange Multi Print Scarf. The scarf also comes in a blue color way and you can see that item here.

Before I go today, I wanted to mention that I have partnered up with a company called MVMT. They sell watches, sunglasses, and jewelry. I have collaborated with them before and I personally love their products.
