Starting The Holiday Season With A Golden Touch

The holiday season is officially here, and there is no better time to embrace the excitement and magic of this special time of year! With festive celebrations, gatherings with family and friends, and plenty of opportunities to dress up and feel fabulous, it’s time to start thinking about those beautiful holiday looks. One of the first colors that comes to my mind when I think about holidays is Gold. Maybe because it is one of my favorite colors and it embodies everything festive and fun. That is why I wanted to style our light metallic gold long sleeve shirt which is a perfect piece for this time of the year.

The shirt is made of soft light gold fabric that drapes nicely. The body of the shirt is loose and a bit oversized, making it easy to wear as a shacket as well. It has a collar with small buttons in the front and long sleeves with fold back cuffs. You can also wear it out and loose or even wear it as a topper with a camisole underneath.

As an outwear I am wearing our cream black gray houndstooth poncho shawl which has a little bit of gold in its weave, so it works perfectly with the gold shirt. The pattern is a classic in beautiful neutral color combo. The fabric is very soft and cozy. It is a poncho style that you can put your arms through and let it sit on your shoulder. You can also pull in over your shoulder for a more “shawl look”. 

For jewelry I am wearing our double layer black gold novelty bead necklace and multi layered black gold bead bracelet set. Both these pieces work nicely with the outfit and with each other.
