Stay At Home Looks For New Year’s Eve

Last Tuesday I showed you a couple of looks you can wear at home for Christmas, and today I am showing you a few simple yet stylish looks for an at-home New Year’s Eve.

My base outfit for today’s look is an all-black look with our Black V Neck Long Sleeve Top and my own faux leather leggings. With this look you can go so many different ways for your third piece.

Since there will be no big New Year’s Eve parties and most of us will be staying home with family, I thought it would be fun to throw on some of our fun kimonos and ponchos to make the all-black look pop. Remember just because we are staying home doesn’t mean we can’t dress up a bit.

The first two kimonos are our Mauve and Silver Eyelash Kimonos. Both of these kimonos are such fun statement pieces. The fabric on them is a novelty burnout type fabric that is textured and some of the yarns are left out as fringe or what I am calling eyelash. It is such a novel effect and makes the piece so unique and that is why the body is pretty simple. They have a loose kimono style body with two armholes and side slits.

The third outerwear is our Black and Gold Lurex Knit Poncho Cardigan which is currently on SALE. This piece is simply a great item to throw over any basic outfit and automatically it will take it up a notch. It is made out of a wonderful soft black/gold knit fabric and it has a self-belt that you can wear tied up or leave it open.

The last look is with our Black Velvet Burnout Kimono with Fringe. This item is also on SALE and we only have two pieces left in it. It is made out of a great burnout fabric, and it has a trendy long fringe detail in the bottom.
