Sweaters and Shirts Make A Perfect Pair

I love wearing V neck or even round neck sweater with a shirt underneath and let the shirt hang out from the bottom a little bit. I have been into this look for a while. Earlier this year I styled our Mocha V Neck Sweater with a white shirt and it was a very popular look. So much so that I restocked the Mocha V Neck Sweater again for this fall. For this fall I have added a new color in the best-selling sweater, and it is a rich shade of burgundy. This sweater is made with a nice soft yarn, and it is medium weight. It has a V neck and traditional ribbed details in the bottom and cuffs. It also has a side slit on each side.

Today I am wearing it over our Butter Button Down Shirt with Pocket which I first debuted for you HERE. Since the sweater is a bit shorter than the shirt, I have left the shirt out so it hangs out from under the sweater. I think this is a great modern way to wear a sweater and shirt combo. I also pulled the shirt cuffs out a little bit to show from under the sweater sleeves.

The shirt is made of a soft rayon fabric. The body is loose and easy to wear with all the characteristics of a shirt, like: A collar and small buttons in the front, long sleeves with a cuff and button closure and one chest pocket.

This same look will work with a white shirt underneath as well and that is why I have included our white shirt as part of our featured items today. You can see the photo of the white shirt in the bottom and it is included in our flash sale for the weekend.

For a scarf/shawl I am wearing a new piece that is made of a Multi Color Herringbone Pattern fabric. The fabric is a bit heavier, so it is more of a shawl than a lightweight scarf. The colors includes both burgundy and butter so it looks great with both pieces.

For a necklace I am also wearing a new piece, our Taupe Gold Bead Necklace with Gold Leaf Pendant. We have this necklace in a black color as well and you can see that one HERE.
