Throw Back Thursday - Recap Of March 2022

Hi Ladies, you may have noticed that you have not received my regular weekly blog features recently. I needed to take some time off because last week I lost someone very dear and near to my heart. My oldest sister passed away after battling lung cancer and other various health issues in the last few years. She was 16 years older than me, and I would always call her my “second mom”.

I have lost family members in the past like my mom and dad and it never gets easier. My sister’s death was untimely as she was not that old, however she had been very ill for a few years, and it was so difficult seeing her suffer on daily basis.

I am glad she is resting comfortably now, and she will always be in my heart and my thoughts. All I can say is cherish your loved ones and appreciate them every day as you don’t know how long you have with them.

Even though I am still mourning her death and that will continue for a long time, I wanted to get back to work. My blog and my small business are such a big part of me. They are my livelihood, and they bring so much joy and sense of purpose to my everyday life. That is why I am back at it and will continue doing this for as long as I possibly can.
