White Eyelet Jacket Styled With Royal Blue Off The Shoulder Top
Last week I styled our Black Eyelet Embroidered jacket for you with our Fuchsia Tunic Top and at the time I mentioned that the jacket also comes in white. Today I am styling our White Eyelet Embroidered jacket with a brand new top we have just added to our shop. This Royal Blue top is a very soft and feminine top so it looks great with the eyelet jacket which is also a feminine piece. It is made out of 100% rayon and the best part is that you can wear it on the shoulder or off the shoulder.
Off the shoulder tops are still going strong for this spring and summer and we are seeing more women embracing them. I love the look for spring and summer especially the ones that can be worn both ways. It has a blouson crossover front which gives you that tucked in look without you having to tuck it in to a bottom.
I chose to wear it with my skinny white jeans, tan gladiator sandals and my Prada bag. I also added a new antique brass necklace with beautiful stone colors in brown, cream and copper which works really nicely with this outfit. This necklace is very versatile and since it is a neutral color combo, you can wear it with many outfits.
Before I go I wanted to share something with you all that is dear to my heart. I am not sure if you know that I am Armenian by decent and have been living in the USA for the last 40 years, therefore I consider myself an Armenian American. As an Armenian American I urge all of you to go and see the movie “The Promise” starring Christian Bale, Oscar Issac and Angela Sarafyan. It is written and directed by Terry George who also did the movie “Hotel Rwanda” and “In The Name Of The Father”
The Promise is a beautifully made movie that brings awareness to Armenian Genocide. All proceeds from the movie are going to non-profit organizations including Sir Elton John’s AIDS foundation and other humanitarian and human rights groups. I normally do not write much about politics, but this is a very important cause not just for me as an Armenian, but to so many other people being affected daily by genocides around the world that are still ongoing. You can see the trailer to this movie after my photos below.
