Black And White Chic With A Splash Of Red
Black and white with a touch of red is a striking color combo that is often used in various forms of art, design and fashion. It creates a bold, dramatic effect, as the red stands out vividly against the neutral background. Black and white looks are already chic to begin with but adding that bit of red takes it up a notch.
That is what my look is all about today. I have paired our best-selling black lightweight open front cardigan vest with our white textured fabric long sleeve shirt. The cardigan vest is knitted in a nice soft black yarn and has ribbed detailing in the front and around the arms. It has two front pockets that are also finished with a ribbing detail. The front is open with no closure and the bottom of the sides have two slits.
We have the same vest in three other colors as well: Taupe, Navy & Gray
The white shirt is made of a textured soft white fabric that is a combination of cotton and modal (rayon). The body is semi loose but not oversized. It has all the characteristics of a classic shirt like a collar and placket in the front with small wood buttons. The sleeves are long with a cuff and one button. It also has one chest pocket.
The splash of red comes with our Ivory red black geometric buckle print silky neck scarf. This is a very chic neck scarf that can work with a lot of outfits especially going into fall. We only have 2 pieces left in them. I finished off my look with our gold and rhinestone double clover drop earrings.
