Our Fun Cape Vests In Three Colors
I love vests and I love capes and here they are both combined into one piece – Introducing our new cape vests! Both vests and capes have been trending so much for this fall, so I wanted to offer a piece to my customers that will take care of both trends in one. Hence our brand new Cape Vest in three beautiful colors: tan, burgundy and black.
In order to show all three at once and get them up on our web site, I decided to shoot them all on the same day over the same outfit. The great thing about this piece is that you can wear it a few different ways. One being loose and over your shoulder as a cape and the second one by crunching up the collar to really show it as a vest. I have shown you both looks below in all three colors. Another way to wear it would be to also try it belted like I did with our black fringed asymmetrical sweater last week.
I am wearing it here with my skinny black jeans, graphic t shirt and pointy boots. There are so many other ways you can wear them as well for example:
- Over jeans, they can be skinny or straight.
- Over a slim skirt and boots.
- On top of a dress, solid or even a print, but it should be shaped or belted.
- You can pretty much wear it over anything but the pieces underneath should be shaped and not loose since the cape vest is a loose piece.
