Houndstooth Blazer Star Top And A Poncho With Sleeves
Today I am restyling our Tan Brown Black Houndstooth Boyfriend Blazer which I first debuted for you HERE. This chic blazer is made from a small houndstooth pattern in the color combo of tan/brown/black. The collar is in a nice contrasting brown velvet. It is single breasted with one button in the front which is also made from a brown velvet.
The body is a bit oversized and that is why I am calling it a boyfriend blazer. It has two welt pockets in the front, and it is fully lined in a brown lining. It is a great blazer as you can dress it up or wear it casually with jeans and booties like I have done for today’s look.
I have paired this classic yet trendy blazer with a trendy top for today, our Cream Sweater Top with Metallic Gold Stars, which I first styled for you HERE. It is made of a soft cream yarn and screen printed randomly on top with gold stars. As I mentioned before “star” prints are a big trend right now.
As for a scarf I have added our Green Black Rust Multi Pattern Print Scarf which look great with both the blazer and the sweater top.
For the second look today, I have a new pull on poncho with sleeves! This one is made from a soft taupe yarn, and it has some pattern and texture to it. It has two sleeves so you can wear it and it is finished off with self-fringe in the bottom and around the draped collar.
For jewelry I decided to stick to earrings only today and I am wearing our Gold Tone Multi Twisted Hoop Short Earrings.
