Monochromatic Chic In Our Crochet Cardigans
At the beginning of spring, I mentioned one of the biggest trends for spring and summer is anything “Crochet”. It has been gaining popularity for its unique, handcrafted appeal and nostalgic charm. It is also a perfect piece to add to your summer wardrobe especially as a cardigan because of its open weave and breathability.
We have two unique crochet cardigans in our shop which I have styled for you earlier in the season. Today I have restyled both of them in a monochromatic look. Both cardigans are in Ivory so the monochromatic look is an all Ivory look, except for my shoes, belt and bag which I chose to do in a different color.
The first cardigan is our Ivory cotton crochet cardigan with fringe. The pattern on this one is a floral design and more open and it is finished in the bottom with self-fringe. It is also a bit shorter than the other one. The sleeves are three quarter length and slightly bell-shaped.
The second one is our Ivory cotton crochet cardigan. It is made of 100% cotton yarn, and it is woven in a great diamond shape patterns that are attached together. The body is semi shaped and long and it has three quarter length bell shaped sleeves.
* I am 5'4" in height and the center back length of the cardigan from neck to bottom is 42".
As a layering I am wearing our Ivory rayon modal knit tank top. This is a great layering piece or top to have for summer. I finished off both looks with our matte and shiny gold Moroccan flower shape earrings.
