Orange And Blue Make Great Pop Colors For Summer
Summer is the best season to pull out those bright colors. Not only are bright colors practical because they reflect sunlight, but they also contribute to the lively and cheerful essence of summer.
For today’s look, I started with an all-Ivory base outfit and wanted to add a few bright colors to it. The vest I am wearing is our Ivory notch collar open side vest which is currently on SALE! I am wearing it with my own Ivory pants. This unique vest looks like a tailored classic vest, but it has a twist. The twist is that it is open on the sides! It has two straps and a D-ring where you can pull the strap through to connect the front and the back.
This feature makes it easier for fitting purposes, as you can adjust the vest to fit looser or tighter. It has a classic notch collar and lapel with one button closure in the front. It is fully lined, giving it a clean and crisp look. This vest is also available in black you can see the color HERE .
With this all-Ivory look, I wanted to add a few bright colors as accents. I started with adding our Orange V neck drop should loose top. Orange, in my opinion is one of the most fun colors for summer.
The fabric is a wonderful soft rayon with a little bit of spandex. The body is loose/slightly oversized. It has drop shoulders with short sleeves, so the sleeves almost look elbow length. We have the same top in two other colors: Light Blue & Magenta
The second bright summer color I have added is with our blue evil eye print scarf. This is a fun scarf with a beautiful color combo that can make any summer outfit pop. We have the same scarf in a white/blue combo and you can see that piece HERE
I finished off my look with our gold chain necklace with novelty toggle pendant and stones. We only have two pieces left in this necklace.
